Hi! We’re Ben and Stacey—husband and wife, and the owners of The Eloise. We’re both Wisconsin natives who share a passion for hosting memorable, meaningful events.
The idea to build a wedding venue in Southern Wisconsin began in 2016 while we were planning our own wedding. Searching for a venue was unexpectedly frustrating; we struggled to find a space that matched our style and vision while still allowing us the flexibility to truly personalize the experience for our guests.
After the celebrations were over and life returned to normal, we couldn’t shake the thought of creating a venue of our own. About six months later, we realized that what started as a “crazy idea” had grown into a genuine passion: to bring a beautifully designed, highly functional wedding venue to Southern Wisconsin. Over the next two years, we dove deep into researching thoughtful, purposeful venue design. We met with vendors and couples to better understand every aspect of a wedding day—and how the layout and features of a venue can either elevate or complicate the experience. With so many moving parts, we wanted to create a space that seamlessly supported both the logistics and the magic of the day.
We designed The Eloise to flow seamlessly with the timeline of a wedding—from getting ready, to the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, and beyond. We focused on an elegant, modern aesthetic paired with a neutral canvas, giving couples the freedom to express their unique style. And because your photos become the lasting memories of your celebration, we made sure the space offers beautiful, versatile backdrops that make capturing those moments effortless.

Stacey and Ben designed The Eloise after their own experience trying to find the perfect wedding venue. No place in Wisconsin combined the essence of their roots as Wisconsin natives with their mutual love for modern architecture. Their mission was born - to create a space where every detail contributes to a wedding which is altogether modern, romantic, elegant and completely unique to a couple’s vision.
