Finding a florist whose work you LOVE, and who seems to best understand your wedding style, vision, and budget is an important component to your wedding vendor team! In general, you can meet with a florist anywhere from 12 to 6 months out from your wedding day, and by this point, you should have already selected your date, gown/attire, color palette, as well as booked these vendors listed below:

Prior to meeting with a potential floral designer, it’s important to have your color scheme finalized as well as general inspiration to show them. We recommend making a Pinterest board with your favorite flower arrangements as well as a few dislikes so your potential designer is able to understand your style and vision even better!

#5: How far in advance of the wedding are our flowers ordered and then created?
